What We Look in Our Franchisees
Profiles for working with Superior Waste Industries are varied. They can be family teams, investors, blue-collar workers, or corporations already involved in the industry. What is important is the mindset of the entrepreneur that joins our franchise. If you have superior customer service skills, excellent management abilities, and a strong work ethic, you’ll fit right in with SWI.
SWI support staff will visit once per year to ensure operational standards and provide any additional support/training required for the franchisee’s success.
SWI will coordinate and develop advertising materials and strategies for the franchise network as well as provide local/regional plans.
SWI will first provide 1-2 weeks of initial training at the headquarters in Texas where the new franchisee will be trained in administration, operations, and marketing as well as receive on-the-job experience. This will be followed by training at the franchisee’s location for another 3-7 days to ensure all of the initial requirements are met and that the opening is successful.
